The acres of land that surround Tenuta Monacelli & Masseria Giampaolo are used for growing olives, vegetables, and typical regional products of Apulia, timely transformed by Tenuta Monacelli & Masseria Giampaolo's culinary staff into delicious traditional products of the Salento, which may be sampled and purchased by guests.
The cold-pressed olives from our mill produce a uniquely velvety, spicy and fruity extravergin olive oil. The estate also produces honey, jams, wines, biscotti, and olive oil to be used in beauty products (scrubs, creams, shampoos, bath foams, etc.): during your stay at Tenuta Monacelli & Masseria Giampaolo, you will have the opportunity to try the many Pugliese delights produced by the estate, renowned as the best gastronomical products of the Salento manor houses.
